We are constantly sold these extreme plans by the diet industry that tell us that you can lose 10 pounds in 10 days or use this trick to get your “ideal body”.
You suffer for that short period of time in order to reach this goal but what happens after?
Do any of these plans show you how to maintain where you are?
Do they teach you why this has worked?
Or once you are left to your own devices at the end do you end up rebounding?
Now don’t get me wrong when trying to lose fat, a little hunger is normal but if you are constantly thinking about food the whole time you are on this diet plan, that cant be right? Can it?
Yet this is what we have come to expect when we set out on one of these journeys.
And we become suspicious if it seems managable, like its too easy so it can’t work..
